Nina Bobo is the lullaby all of us in our family grew up with. My mother sang it to me when I was a baby. presumably because she called me Nina. Then she continued to sing it to all my sisters and brother.
The tradition stuck and I sang Nina Bobo to all my daughters. Today Ikesha sang her own version...
